ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif has on Sunday said that this final of Pakistan Super League (PSL) has strengthened and united the nation even more, reported Dunya News.
In his message on the occasion, PM Nawaz said that despite all the threats and hurdles, Pakistan has chosen to move forward. “We have proven before the world that the times of our isolation are over”, he said. He added that Pakistan has become stronger, securer and more stable during the last four years.
PM said that the government has created an enabling environment as the nation had expected. “Cricket is close to our hearts, PSL final taking place in Lahore is a good omen, I’m happy that people are able to watch their favourite game due to the good environment”, he said.
