No one knows who ordered Rangers to launch operation in Karachi.Earlier, Federal and Provincial minister have said that they did not know who ordered the ranger to launch operation in Karachi but on Friday SIndh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah also refused to take the responsibility of the operation and said that he did not give orders for rangers operation in Karachi. Shah said there is confusion regarding the operation. He said the police knows the city's condition better, but rangers have been given police powers and can take action. He said in result of the operation in Karachi several target killers have been arrested.
