The management of PSL and Pakistan Cricket Board countered the odds of shifting the event to Dubai after a suicide attack on February 13 claimed 14 lives in Lahore.

Government of Punjab permitted the cricket authority earlier this week to conduct the final in the provincial capital after meeting of an apex committee contemplated over the issue.
