During the elections of Senate, MNAs of FATA took millions of rupees and casted votes. FATA MNA Mohammad Kamran Khan has also admitted the selling of votes during Senate elections.According to the sources, four Senators of FATA, made a deal of 600 million rupees in order to acquire seats in Senate. FATA Senators including Senator Haji Khan, Senator Idrees Saafi, Senator Abbas Khan and Senator Engineer Abdul Rasheed bought the votes from their MNAs. Each of these Senators gave 150 million rupees each to acquire the seat in Senate. While, MNA of FATA Mohammad Kamran Khan was talking to Dunya News in which he admitted that Senate votes were sold for millions of rupees. He also told that in every Senate elections, FATAs votes are sold for high prices. Until the system of FATA is not changed, this process of selling votes will continue. Another FATAs MNA who denied revealing identity told that 9 MNAs who sold votes include Munir Aurakzai, Noor ul Haq Qadri, Hameed Ullah Jan Afridi, Shaukat Ali Khan, Zafar Baig Bhutni, SAjid Touri and Malik Jawad.
