Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani has warned that the governments reconciliatory policy should not be mistaken as a weakness. He said that blasphemy law would not be amended. During an address after inaugurating campuses of Allama Iqbal Open University and Bahauddin Zakariya University at Dera Ghazi Khan, the Premier termed education vital for the complete elimination of terrorism, lawlessness and unemployment. Referring to the blasphemy laws, the PM reiterated that no amendment is on the cards nor there was any such plan, however added that no law be misused. The PM stated that none of the party members would move a bill in the National Assembly sans party high command consultation. He pledged to establish an IT university in DG Khan besides giving out Rs50million grant for girls hostel and 4 buses to the university.
