Sukkur police shifted youth to police station punching, slapping and kicking him publically
SUKKUR: (Dunya News) – Police officials on Wednesday took a youngster to the police station publically punching and kicking him. The footage of the brutality has been obtained by Dunya News.
The youngster had been arrested by two policemen from Mission Road and they took him to the police station beating him. They kept thrashing him throughout the way. One of them even twisted the youth’s arm and the sound of arm-twisting can also be heard in the footage.
Police officials didn’t listen to the youth’s appeals. One of the police officials was in uniform while the other one was in plain clothes. Why did the police brutalise the youngster? The reasons haven’t come to the fore as yet.
However, the locals told that an argument began between a police official and the youth over not locking the motorbike. The locals added that the poor young man had come to the hotel only to have some tea and the police officials brutalised him over an unnecessary quarrel and then took him to the police station.
