All is not well between Sindh government and Rangers: analyst
Home Ministry had sent summary to the Chief Minister House but no directives were received so far.
LAHORE (Daily Dunya) – Senior Analyst Kamran Khan has said that Sindh government has not extended the tenure of Rangers in the province due to which all the authorities of Rangers have been suspended.
Talking in Dunya Kamran Khan Kay Sath, Dunya News reporter Ikhtiar Khokhar said that all is not well between Sindh government and Rangers.
He said the reason behind not extending the tenure is raid at Asif Ali Zardari’s close friend Anwar Majeed’s Omni group.
Home Ministry had sent summary to the Chief Minister House but no directives were received so far.
Sources privy to CM House said that they received the summary a day before the deadline had expired whereas the Home Ministry said that their officers were continuously reminding the concerning department to take action.
