Summary Met Office has predicted more rain in Punjab during next 24 hours.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Rain in the twin cities, Lahore and other parts of Punjab on Sunday ended the prolonged dry spell and brought the temperature considerably down.
Faisalabad, Sargodha, Bhalwal, Gujrat, Chiniot, Mian Channu, Toba Tek Singh, Sahiwal, Kasur, Okara and Vehari also recieved rainfall which increased the chill.
The Met Office has predicted more rain in different cities of Punjab during the next 24 hours which will further minimize the temperature.
Rain-thunderstorm with snowfall over the hills is expected at scattered places in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir while at isolated places in Quetta, Zhob divisions, Islamabad and upper Punjab.
An active westerly wave is affecting upper parts of the country and likely to persist till Wednesday.
