LAHORE (Dunya News) - Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief Justice (CJ) Mansoor Ali Shah on Friday termed land scam case unearthed by Dunya News as biggest in Pakistan’s history and reiterated to provide justice to the affected persons at any cost.
Javed Rashid, court’s amicus curiae, submitted his suggestions aimed at bringing halt to fake court decisions and seeking strict punishments for those involved in such embezzlements.
Counsel of Punjab government sought time for submission of reply whereas victims Junaid Bari and Mian Aftab expressed their confidence in court’s proceedings and paid tribute to LHC CJ for actively overseeing this matter.
