KARACHI (Dunya News) – The notorious grave seller who was earlier arrested in Karachi, has been released, reported Dunya News.
The grave seller named Fayyaz aka Kalo was arrested by police on the charge of selling the graves by ousting dead bodies from the grave and receiving 15 to 20 thousand in the process of doing so.
The criminal were arrested under section 297 of the law in which there is a punishment of at least one year.
However, upon presenting the criminal in front of the court, the judge granted him bail on the plea of his lawyer.
Fayyaz on his hearing was of the opinion that he hasn’t committed any crime and the criminals were all those who wanted graves in the graveyard.
