MUZAFFARABAD (Dunya News) – Corps Commander Rawalpindi Lieutenant General Malik Zafar Iqbal on Thursday visited Combined Military Hospital (CMH) and met victims of passenger bus attacked by an Indian rocket.
According to sources, the commander expressed deep grief over the martyrdom of the civilians and army officers.
Earlier, at least 10 people embraced martyrdom including three army soldiers as India opened unprovoked fire at the Line of Control (LoC) and targeted a passenger bus with a rocket.
A rocket fired from the Indian side hit a passenger bus in Dhudnial area of Azad Kashmir’s Neelam Valley that claimed seven lives and left seven wounded while in cross-border firing, three soldiers of Pakistan Army were martyred.
It was also reported that seven Indian soldiers were killed in Pakistan military’s retaliation.
