The Supreme Court in its remarks in the contempt of court case against PCO judges said that PCO judges established institution within institution with the help of dictator. While SM Zafar said that judge itself is a court and it cannot be issued contempt of court notice. A four-member bench under the supervision of Justice Shahid Siddiqi heard the case against PCO judges. In his remarks, Justice Shahid Siddiqi said that the dictator issued an order which was not approved by the Parliament but the judges supported the dictator. He said that institution within institution cannot be set up. The hearing of the case would be held tomorrow again.
