Lahore: Farmers protest outside Punjab assembly late night
PPP would take out a rally in support of farmers today in Lahore, which Khurshid Shah would lead
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Farmers reached Lahore from different districts of Punjab on Tuesday night and protested outside the provincial assembly, reported Dunya News.
Protestors said that they were going to protest outside Punjab assembly on 28 September but their companions were arrested, which made them protest one day earlier. They said that government was not taking their demands serious.
Farmers union said that they would keep on protesting peacefully in Punjab according to their plan whereas they would protest in Islamabad on 29 September.
