Rebellion by isolated PPP members, workers

Annoyed and isolated PPP members and workers have expressed their resentment and anger against the party leadership during the anniversary ceremony of the party, Dunya News reported on Sunday. The annoyed members also presented a charge sheet against the party leadership and the ministers while Naheed Khan has said that if the membership of any member or worker of te party is going to be cancelled or suspended in future then he or she will have to face the music. Addressing the anniversary function in Lahore, many party leaders including Senator Safdar Abbasi, Naheed Khan and Sajida Mir expressed their dissatisfaction over the performance of the party leadership and said that they are not ready to accept anyone as the leader of the party who does not conform to the philosophy of late Zulfaqar Ali Bhutto. They also said that they would safeguard the legacy of Benazir Bhutto and would free the party from the clutches of mafias. The leaders also said that PPP government has committed crime by adopting dilatory tactics in taking economic decisions.
