Regional peace, stability imperative for global security: Gilani

Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani has said that peace and stability in the region are imperative for global security. He also said that global changes caste direct affects on our region. Speaking at the Shanghai Operation Organization (SCO) summit in Dushanbe, the Prime Minister said that the agenda of SCO should be supported for economic gains and that SCO could play its part in sustained development in the region. He also expressed Pakistan's desire to be a permanent member of SCO.
