PM Nawaz's lips sealed over country's humiliation: Qadri
Areas in south Punjab, Faisalabad have become terrorists' strongholds, says PAT leader
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) leader Dr Tahirul Qadri stated on Saturday that Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif’s lips were sealed over the country’s humiliation, adding that the government did not have the courage to file a case against Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief over his anti-Pakistan statements, reported Dunya News.
While addressing to PAT’s retribution movement rally in Multan via video link, Qadri lambasted the country’s leaders and stated that the country was abused but PM Nawaz’s lips were yet sealed over the issue.
Qadri stated that 14 PAT members were killed when the party challenged the system being run by corrupt leaders. He also hinted towards a decisive showdown with the government.
PAT leader stated that intelligence agencies reports stated that areas in south Punjab and Faisalabad have become strongholds of terrorism, further adding that Punjab government had no other option other than carrying out an operation against such elements.
