Summary Rain at isolated places in Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan is forecast

RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Upper parts of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Federally Administered Tribal Areas are likely to see rainfall while weather in most of the parts in country will remain dry hot and humid, reported Tuesday.

Rain at isolated places in Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan is forecast by the meteorological department today.

Lowest temperature in Rawalpindi and Islamabad will remain 25 degrees Celsius while it can go as high as 35 degrees Celsius.

According to the meteorological department, rainfall is expected in parts of Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar, Mardan, Kohat, Gujranwala, Lahore Division, upper FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir in coming 24 hours.

Heaviest rainfall of all parts yesterday was recorded in Malam Jabba, 71mm, while highest temperature was in Bhakkar, Naukandi, Turbat, Dadu and Sukkur with 41 degrees Celsius.
