Taseer assures consistent support to flood victims

Governor Punjab Salman Taseer has assured the flood-hit people of all-out and consistent support, Dunya News reported on Monday. Talking to media in Kot Addu, Salman said, Whether the world helps us or not, we will not leave the flood victims in lurch. He said that the government has built 2 mosques and 80 houses in 4 weeks on self-help basis. After the flood, the world thought total collapse of Pakistan, but we have shown them that we are good fighters, the Governor said.
