Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik has announced 5 pride of performance for those who reveal corruption in any public department, Dunya News reported on Thursday. However, the minister also warned the mis-informants in this regard. Action would succeed proper investigation into information about alleged corruption, Rehman maintained. Talking to media along with DG FIA Waseem Ahmed, the minister said that corruption could not be root out in a day, and warned the corrupt of severe consequences. Rehman said that the PM issued strict directives for stemming out the corrupt from government offices. The upright dont have to fear but the corrupt should beware, was the message the minister conveyed in categorical terms.
