KARACHI (Dunya News) – Speaking to a ceremony of Iftar dinner arranged by Jamaat-e-Islami (JI), JI Ameer Senator Siraj-ul-Haq said that holy month of Ramazan is another name of standing firm against tyranny and added that institutions in Karachi were not failed but paralysed as people Karachi resided by the sea but unable to acquire drinking water, reported Dunya News on Wednesday.

JI Ameer then reached Edhi Centre and enquired about renowned social worker Abdul Sattar Edhi’s health. Talking to media he said that Edhi’s contribution and legacy for the human development and betterment could be seen all around in the country. Edhi’s services were cherished by the society, Sirajul-Haq added.
