Summary ATC Administrative judge handed over Nasir, Faheem on 14-days physical remand
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) workers Nasir alias Khajji and Faheem alias Mirchi were handed over to police on 14-days physical remand by the Administrative judge of Anti-Terrorist Court (ATC) on Wednesday, reported Dunya News.
Earlier, both culprits were given in the Rangers’ custody for a remand of 3-months. Nasir and Faheem were accused of taking training from Indian intelligence agency Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) along with launching gun attacks on Sindh Secretariat and Assembly with Saeed Bharam.
They have also been accused of killing intelligence agency officers.
