Summary Holy month expected to begin on June 7 across Pakistan
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Sources indicate that the Ramazan moon is expected to be sighted in the country on June 6 (Shaban 29 according to Islamic calendar), reported Dunya News.
Muslims across the country get set to welcome the holy month of Ramazan on the same day as the blessed month is expected to begin on Tuesday, June 7.
The sun shall set at 7:36pm PST on June 6 whereas the moon can be sighted till 8:36pm PST. The angle of the moon on the horizon shall be 15 degrees and the duration of the lunar phase of the moon shall be 35 hours and 46 minutes.
