Federal Law Minister Babar Awan has said that no one should stab in the back of democracy. He also said that now no one would be allowed to derail democracy. Babar Awan also said that some unseen agencies and actors are trying to attack the democratic process by fake surveys. Addressing the PPP workers at a dinner arranged at Mian Waheeds residence, Babar Awan said that it is the responsibility of government to strengthen the federation. He also said that all the political factions would have to agree on Charter of Nation for the betterment and welfare of the masses. Babar Awan said that for the first time in the history of Pakistan a national government is functioning and PPP would make the democratic process irreversible and insurmountable. The minister also ruled out the importance of Lotocracy (horse-trading). Federal Law Minister advised the political parties not to engage general public in non-issues.
