Summary Aerial firing also caused damage to Dunya News DSNG's windscreen while staff was trapped in the van
PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) rally in Peshawar faced immense mismanagement on Monday as party workers tried to get on the stage while on interruption by the police, stick-wielding workers charged on the crowd, reported Dunya News.
Police then used aerial firing to disperse the crowd. The firing caused panic in the crowd after which 2 workers were reportedly injured.
Aerial firing also caused damage to Dunya News DSNG’s wind screen while DSNG staff was trapped in the van.
