COAS honours troops with accolades over exemplary work in Zarb-e-Azb
COAS awarded Tamgha-e-Basalat to 35 officers and soldiers
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – At a ceremony held at General Headquarters (GHQ), Rawalpindi, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif awarded accolades and praised army officers and soldiers over excellent performance in Operation Zarb-e-Azb, Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) has stated on Thursday, reported Dunya News.
COAS awarded Tamgha-e-Basalat to 35 officers and soldiers; other 35 officers were also awarded with Sitara-e-Imtiaz Military while 5 officers were awarded the United Nations (UN) Medal. Medals of the martyrs were received by their families.
