8th passing-out parade of lady police constables held in Lahore

LAHORE (Dunya News) – The 8th passing-out parade of 233 lady police constables was held on Thursday at the Police Training College Chung in Lahore.



The lady constables include one MPhil, two LLB, 18 MA, 100 graduates, 78 intermediates and 34 matric degree holders.



The lady constables appeared passionate to defend the country and vowed not to hesitate from sacrificing for their homeland.

They also skillfully demonstrated firing and the use of latest weapons.



Addressing the participants of the parade, chief guest Inspector General of Police (IGP) Punjab Mushtaq Ahmad Sukhera congratulated the lady constables.

He stated that the role of women in national development cannot be denied.



IG Punjab also inaugurated a new auditorium in Chung centre.
