PML-N has issued a 16 point charge sheet against Pervez Musharraf in which they blamed Musharraf of being responsible of abrogating the constitution twice, igniting war at Kargil, Lal Masjid operation and assassination of Akbar Bugti.PML-N blamed the former president of misusing the Army for his own vested interests. Not only this but also that he attacked the judiciary, used NAB for blackmailing politicians and was involved in abducting people illegally. He also assassinated Akbar Bugti in an atrocious manner. PML-N also blamed him of weakening the federation by criminally ignoring Baluchistan as well as illegally nominated himself as President. The charge sheet also held Musharraf responsible for the unfortunate incidents of 12th May and 18th October.PML-N demanded that the government should immediately bring him back to the country through Interpol and then try him under Article 6 of the constitution.A commission should also be formed to probe the Kargil adventure of Musharraf. His resignation should be changed into dismissal. He should also be tried for abducting and killing innocent people extra constitutionally.PML-N also demanded that Pervez Musharraf should be investigated on the issue of receiving millions of dollars in the name of Fight Against Terrorism and this is what he (Musharraf) has confessed in his autobiography as well.
