Ch. Nisar issues letters written to PM Gilani

Opposition Leader Ch. Nisar Ali Khan has issued the letters written to the Prime Minister on the issue of NAB chairmans appointment. In these letters he has opposed the appointment of Justice Deedar Hussain Shah and Mukhtar Junejo as NAB chairman. The first letter was written on September 23, 2010. Reference of PM Gilanis telephone call on September 22 was also given in which appointment of Mukhtar Junejo as NAB chairman was consulted. But Junejos appointment was opposed by Ch. Nisar over his impartiality and honesty. Second letter was written on September 24 in which Ch. Nisar opposed the appointment of Justice Deedar as NAB chairman because he was a political figure. He has also issued that part of Charter of Democracy in which it was said that an independent accountability bureau would be established and its chairman would be appointed after consultation with the Opposition Leader and Parliamentary Committee will endorse him.
