ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) Chief Yusuf Awan dismissed on Monday, over illegal appointments matter, Dunya News reported.
According to details, inquiry report on illegal appointments in IESCO presented to Prime Minister (PM). It was asserted in the report that Chief executive IESCO who was involved in illegal appointments was dismissed.
It was stated in the report that CEO IESCO Muhammad Yusuf Awan indulged in illegal appointments was dismissed and all the illegal appointments had been terminated.
Pakistan electric power company (PEPCO) had submitted its report along with its recommendations regarding illegal appointments to Ministry of water and power on 3rd December.
