LAHORE (Dunya News) – Punjab law minister Rana Sanaullah on Thursday lashed out at opposition leader Khursheed Shah, terming his address to Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) workers as shameful and despicable.

Talking to media outside Punjab Assembly, Rana Sanaullah said the government is ready to give parliamentary guarantee pertaining to ensure employment of PIA staffers.

He alleged that some employees are destroying department through black mailing.

He bashed opposition leader Khursheed Shah and stated that his tone during yesterday’s address in Islamabad was shameful and insulting.

Khursheed Shah lashed out at government in a taunting way and compared the democractic government with Zia-ul-Haq s dictatorship. He shouldn’t have done it, Rana Sanaullah added.

Talking about firing at PIA protesters in Karachi, Sanaullah assured to have launched an investigation by arresting suspects. He said the security personnel are probing the whole incident.

The minister also criticized Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan for disrupting peace and inciting people against Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).

Meanwhile, PML-N leader said that Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) is also going against the federation due to continuously accusation of being friendly opposition.
