Summary The footage of firing during PIA strike in Karachi has been released
KARACHI (Dunya News) – The footage of the firing incident during protest of Pakistan International Airline s (PIA) employees at Jinnah International Airport Karachi has been released on Tuesday, reported Dunya News.
The police and Rangers had denied that they have done the firing. The footage shows that the firing took place from inside the protest. When the participants of the protest looked behind, they saw an injured person lying on the ground. The security personnel were not present at the firing spot.
The face of the person who is suspected to have fired can be seen making victory symbol in the footage. The identity of the person who did firing is still a mystery.

Two workers of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) have succumbed to wounds after law enforcers allegedly opened fire to deter protesters’ movement towards Jinnah terminal.
Sindh Police used water cannon to deter the protesting employees who were furthering towards Jinnah International Airport from the head office while Rangers resorted to baton charge.
The law enforcers have been alleged of opening fire that claimed two lives and injured several others.
A worker of PIA’s engineering wing, Inayat Raza died in a hospital after he was admitted in injured condition. However, Sindh Police East DIG has rejected the claims and said that the personnel did not open fire. There are reports that protesters possessed weapons, he added.
