Summary Federal minister says Imran Khan doesn't want to see the people of Pakistan prosperous

ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Senator Pervaiz Rashid has on Tuesday said that the truth seems to have lost place in Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan’s life. “It seems Imran Khan doesn’t like Pakistanis being prosperous”, says Rashid, reported Dunya News.

Holding a press conference today, Rashid said that Imran Khan wasn’t satisfied with the failure in his first attempt at the container so he is bringing the ‘Container-2’ now. He added that Imran Khan presented wrong facts and figures, as usual. “First, Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) provided him with the certificate of fraud for presenting fake affidavits”, he said.

Talking about the petrol prices, the federal minister said that the petrol prices in Pakistan are the lowest in the region. “Whenever there is a reduction in the international oil prices, the profits are passed on to the masses. Petrol is available at Rs. 70 per liter in Pakistan and diesel is also priced quite low in the country”, he said. He added that the diesel price was reduced by only Rs. 0.03 per liter.

Rashid said that Pakistan’s conditions have started getting better and the global economic institutions have also admitted Pakistan’s progress but Imran Khan wants this journey to be halted. He added that Imran Khan doesn’t want development in Pakistan.
