Ch. Shujaat Hussain and Pir Pagara have announced merger of PML-Q and PML-Functional after both the leaders met in Karachi on Saturday. PML-Q chief Ch. Shujaat said in the meeting with Pir Pagara at Kingri House Karachi that situation of the country had alarmingly worsened and Q League was ready to give any sacrifice. He said that he had asked Pir Pagara to lead and merger of Q League and Functional also came under discussion. On this occasion, Pir Pagara said that PML-Q and PML-Functional have been merged and when all the Leagues will be united, it will become All Pakistan Muslim League. He said that all differences with Ch. Shujaat have been settled. Talking to Dunya News, PML-Ns Pervaiz Rasheed said that merger of PML-Q and PML-Functional had no significance as zero plus zero was always equal to zero. He said that PML-N would not become part of this alliance and would never join it. Talking to Dunya News, Shaikh Rasheed Ahmed appreciated the merger of both the parties and said that it was good news. He said that situation of country demanded to take such decision. He reposed full confidence in leadership of Pir Pagara.
