Summary Plaintiff claimed that the minister uttered words against court during a ceremony.

KARACHI (Dunya News) – Sindh High Court (SHC) on Thursday has filed a contempt of court case against Chief Minister of Sindh (CM) Qaim Ali Shah.

The petition was registered by Rana Faiz-ul-Hassan according to which the address of CM Sindh during oath taking ceremony arranged for Malir Bar Association falls under contempt of court.

He said that the minister uttered words against court by saying that earlier the verdicts were made according to law but now judges decide the case.

The claimant further demanded to launch investigation against CM Sindh under article 204 of Contempt of Court Ordinance 2003.
