PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – Police on Thursday have foiled a weapons smuggle bid while apprehended one culprit in the incident.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Police acted against a smuggle attempt and seized huge cache of weapons. The Bhana Mari Police spot-checked a vehicle at a blockade on Dora Road.
The personnel, upon checking seized 40 pistols, four Kalashnikovs, three repeaters and 4,500 cartridges. The authorities stated that the weapons were Punjab-bound.
Driver of the vehicle has been arrested while an accomplice managed to escape. The arrested culprit belongs to Dora Road.
