ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Minister of Petroleum has said on Wednesday that there will be no hike in prices keeping in mind the already rising problems of the people of country, reports Dunya News.

Minister of Petroleum has said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has halted increase the price of gas in January. Officials have said that there is no gas for domestic consumers and as such an increase in price will agitate consumers.

Petroleum Minister Shahid Abbasi said that increase in gas prices have been withdrawn on the instructions of the Prime Minister. He said that gas companies will have to face hardships as government has not approved of price hike in January. He said that government will try to take ease the pressure on gas companies as well.
