Qasoori, Ghori could face legal action for using party name: Declaration
KARACHI (Dunya News) – All Pakistan Muslim League (APML) expelled Ahmed Raza Qasoori on Thursday for violating party constitution, reported Dunya News.
According to the details, APML issued a declaration stating that party is expelling Ahmed Raza Qasoori and Imran Ghori on the orders of Pervez Musharraf for violating party constitution. It is also said in the declaration that the leaders could face legal action for using party’s name. It is worth mentioning here that Ahmed Raza Qasoori used to introduce himself as the vice-chairman of the party and Imran Ghori as the central president while both of these party position had been vacant since 14 August, 2013.

Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar on Wednesday suspended the airport officials that offloaded vocal government critic Ahmad Raza Kasuri and family and directed to return their passports, Dunya News reported.
According to details, Chaudhry Nisar took notice of yesterday’s incident where Kasuri and his family were offloaded from a flight because of having their names in the Exit Control List (ECL).
Chaudhry Nisar suspended the officials responsible for the incident and directed the passports be immediately returned and names be removed from the ECL.
He said that as per the new regulation, a name can only be put up in the ECL on an order from an investigating institution or on court’s recommendation.
The Federal Minister said that the name of supermodel Ayyan Ali – facing trial for money laundering – has not been entered in the ECL.
He also directed the officials to apologize to Kasuri over the misunderstanding, adding that the abuse of ECL regulations for personal, political or financial disputes will not be tolerated.
