ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – At least one laborer was killed while 10 others fell unconscious by suffocation due to intoxicated gas in Islamabad today (Thursday).
The incident took place when the laborers went down into a well to repair water motor in Islamabad’s Red Zone area and became unconscious due to gas suffocation. The health of another four workers also worsened when they attempted to rescue their fellows.
Rescue team on getting the information of the incident arrived at the scene and shifted the victims to the nearby hospital where one laborer died while two others are said to be in critical condition.
