KARACHI (Dunya News) – At least 3 were hurt as workers of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) and Muhajir Qaumi Movement clashed violently on Sunday, Dunya News reported.
According to details, charged workers of both parties stormed each other at Shah Faisal Colony area and burnt down a motorcycle which left at least 3 injured.
The firing in the area continues in intervals and none from the police or Rangers have been able to reach the site so far. The government officials are also nowhere to be seen playing a role to ease tensions between the violent clashers.
One reason of delayed response from the law enforcement is that the streets of the Shah Faisal Colony are very narrow. The ambulances have, however, arrived at the scene and those injured are being rushed to hospitals.
