Summary Hashmi says Imran Khan enough to eliminate PTI, no one else needed; rigging PTI's national slogan
MULTAN: (Dunya News) – Senior politician Javed Hashmi has on Sunday said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan alone is enough to eliminate PTI. He said that Imran Khan doesn’t need anyone else to finish his party. He said that ‘rigging’ is PTI’s national slogan, reported Dunya News.
Talking to media on his residence in Multan, Javed Hashmi said that PTI’s defeat in all 3 phases of the local body elections is a proof of workers’ disappointment with Imran Khan’s policies. He said that the next phase will be even more dangerous for PTI.
Hashmi said that Pakistan needs all its political parties, including Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM). “The boy he defeated Zahid Bahar Hashmi in the local body polls is also like a son to me. I didn’t campaign for my son-in-law in these elections”, he said. He said that both the candidates in this election supported him during the election.
“I would suggest empowering the district councils and its chairmen”, said Hashmi.
