Summary Staff workers of PPA and Health Support protested against Punjab government and bureaucracy
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Paramedics and Health Support Staff of Punjab protested on Saturday at Mental Hospital Lahore, reported Dunya News.
According to the details, the staff workers of Punjab Paramedics Alliance and Health Support protested against Punjab government and bureaucracy in Lahore Mental Hospital. The demonstrators said that Chief Minister (CM) Punjab, Mian Shahbaz Sharif promised improvements in the condition of Paramedics and Health Staff but nothing has been done yet. The protestors demanded the betterment of 4th grade service structure. They also demanded that the employees should be promoted as permanent staff according to the suggested regulatory policy.

Young doctors and paramedics across Punjab staged a protest against freezing of health risk allowance, Dunya News reported on Thursday.
The protesting staff from polyclinic, PIMS, CDA and NIH Hospitals marched towards Prime Minister Secretariat in Islamabad.
According to Assistant Commissioner Kamran Cheema, the protesters tried to enter Red Zone area as negotiations between police and doctors went unsuccessful.
Meanwhile, paramedical staff in Lahore, Faisalabad and Multan also demonstrated protests urging the administration to restore health risk allowance.
