Summary PTI decided to move courts over 9 union councils of Islamabad, demanding recount, voter verification
ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has on Friday decided to move courts on 9 union councils of Islamabad, demanding recounting on 8 constituencies and voters’ verification on 1, reported Dunya News.
PTI has already challenged the results of 9 union councils before the Returning Officers. PTI had demanded recounting of votes in 8 of the constituencies and voters’ verification in 1.
According to sources, PTI has prepared the document to request holding the election results of all these 9 union councils till the investigations are complete. High Courts will be requested to hold the results of these constituencies.
