Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik on Saturday said that a request would be made to India to form a judicial commission vis-a-vis the Mumbai attack case. Rehman, who was flanked by Pakistans envoy to India Shahid Malilk, told the newsmen in Islamabad on Saturday that the government has requested the court to name a judicial commission, which would be sent to India to record statements of the accused in the Mumbai attack case. I will speak to my Indian counterpart on the phone about the commission sometime today, he said. Malik said the commissions visit to India could possibly lead to some progress in this case.
