ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Supreme Court of Pakistan will hear constitution petition against ban on Youtube on Thursday, reported Dunya News.
A 3-man bench comprising of Chief Justice along with 2 other judges will hear the application of Barrister Zafarullah, head of Watan Party. The petitioner has pleaded that the social website is a source for people to get information adding that the ban cannot be justified. The court should annul the government ban, stated the petitioner.
