Summary Magazine says Reham's press secretary demanded 35,000 pounds for interview just before publishing
LAHORE: (Web Desk, Dunya News) – Newsweek Pakistan has on Tuesday claimed that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan’s former wife Reham Khan demanded 35,000 pounds for an interview with the magazine. The magazine claims that Reham Khan’s press secretary demanded 35,000 pounds from them after the publishing of the interview, reported Dunya News.
Reham hasn’t been able to get over with the separation as yet. In a piece published in a British news magazine, Reham Khan said that Imran Khan’s sisters didn’t pressure him to divorce her. She said that the couple wasn’t able to keep things going.
Complaining, the weather-girl said that her marriage with Imran turned entire Pakistan into her ‘in-laws’. However, PTI’s top leaders led the campaign against her, she claimed. She revealed that she decided to stay away from party affairs in August and Imran Khan backed the decision.
On the other hand, Pakistani magazine Newsweek Pakistan claims that the interview was first given to them first but her press secretary later demanded 35,000 pounds from the magazine just before the interview was published. Since the amount wasn’t paid, the British magazine published the interview without any payment.
However, Reham Khan has claimed that she has no press secretary and corresponded with the monthly by herself.
I have no hired PR representatives.
