RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Chief of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan on Thursday has removed organizer Faiz-ul-Hassan Chauhan in NA-56 Rawalpindi constituency from the post over unequal distribution of party tickets during LB polls.
According to sources, the decision was taken after getting complains over imbalanced distribution of tickets in elections.

Imran Khan has directed to immediately terminate Faiz-ul-Hassan from the position whereas an official notification in this regard would be issued today.
Earlier, Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) Tuesday disqualified Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) female councilor Uzma Bashir for trampling of party’s rules during recent local bodies election.

During the meeting, the PTI officials put forward their case, stating that councilor from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Uzma Bashir cast vote in the favour of another candidate instead of party’s own for chairmanship post in recent LB polls which is illegal and against the policy.
Further, Shafqat Mahmood, the PTI Organizer in Lahore, on Sunday resigned from his position over worst defeat in first phase of Local Government Elections in the city.

In a message posted on social media website, he said the party s performance in the LB polls was worse than expected.
