Suspect confesses to murdering Bhola Gujjar on Rana Sanaullah's orders

Summary Sanaullah has denied having any contact with the suspect ever

FAISALABAD (Dunya News) – The suspect in custody for Bhola Gujjar murder case, Naveed Commando, on Wednesday confessed to killing alleging he committed the crime on Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah’s order, Dunya News reported.

According to details, Bhola Gujjar was assassinated in Faisalabad’s Jhang Bazar area on January 9 this year after which a case was lodged and the proceedings began at the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC).

Reading the verdict on October 21, 2015, the ATC sentenced both the suspects Naveed Commando and Nafees Goga to death by hanging on 4 counts and remaining two convicts Anjum Niaz and Muhammad Tahir were sentenced to life in prison multiplied by 4.

Upon issuing the detailed verdict today, it was revealed that the prime suspect Naveed Commando has confessed before the court that the conspiracy to murder Gujjar was hatched at Punjab Law Minister’s orders at his house.

The court declared that the confession of a grave crime cannot be ignored and all those persons mentioned but are not made parties to the case should be made subject of investigation. The court said the convict has said it three times that he committed the crime on someone’s orders.

The court has directed the Central Police Officer (CPO) Faisalabad not to let anyone below the Superintendent of Police (SP) rank to conduct the investigation and the report must be submitted to the court by November 23.

Meanwhile, Sanaullah has refused to ever being in contact with the prime suspect.
