LAHORE (Dunya News) – A Kalat resident Deepak Kumar who worked as Indian spy has made startling revelations including his visit to New Delhi in 2014 and being convinced by Indian army officers to spy for them, Dunya News reported.

According to details, the detained Indian spy has confessed that he used to work for India and went to Yatra in 2014 where two Indian army officers met him at the visa office and offered visa extension in exchange for spying for them.

He said he was paid Rs 50,000 while his brother residing in India was paid Rs 4.5 lakh. The full interview of the detained spy will be aired tonight at 10 on the show Mahaaz only on Dunya News.


RAW planning attacks on PM, Hafiz Saeed: Home Ministry Punjab


Indian intelligence agency Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) is planning attacks on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Hafiz Saeed, warned the Home Ministry of Punjab on Saturday. The ministry has directed for tighter security for VVIPs and PM Nawaz, reported Dunya News.

In a letter sent to Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) by Interior Ministry of Punjab, that the notorious intelligence agency of India, RAW, is planning to target PM Nawaz Sharif and chief of Jamat-ud-Dawa (JuD). In order to execute the plan, Tehreek-e-Taliban and Lashkar-e-Jhangvi (LeJ) might be mobilized by RAW, stated the letter.

Interior Ministry has sent Inter Services Intelligence (ISI), Military Intelligence (MI), Intelligence Bureau (IB) and Secretary of the Prime Minister have been sent copies of the letter.

LEAs have directed to tighten security of both personalities by the Home Ministry of Punjab.
