Federal Information Minister Qamar Zaman Kaira said that relief activities in flood-hit areas will remain continued for three months and provincial governments would be fully cooperated in these difficult times. Giving a briefing on flood situation, he said that Halal-e-Ahmar has provided three months food for affected areas of Balochistan. He said that the PM has handed over 1 lac ton food and other goods to CM Balochistan. He told that 5 helicopters having relief goods provided by friendly countries have been reached Pakistan. He said that more than 9,000 persons have been shifted to safe places in Sindh. He said that rehabilitation work will be started soon after relief activities.
