Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and President Mamnoon Hussain have strongly condemned the incident.

They deplored the loss of precious lives in the incident and directed the authorities concerned to provide best possible medical treatment to the injured persons.

The incident comes two months after Punjab Home Minister Shuja Khanzada was assassinated in a suicide blast at his house in Attock district.
